This Video is mainly introduce the outdoor gym equipment production process,from raw material to final finishproducts.All our outdoor gyn equipment use galvanized steel pipes, with diameter 114mm or 127mm and thickness 2.5mm,cleaned by sand-blasting,then coated with phosphate solution,and finished with electro-static powder coating.Antirust,anti-high temperature,smooth and durable.,314 stainless steel screws,No-toxic and durable Plastic covers.

1)Cutting the galvanized steel pipes with machines according to requested size.This is the first steps for an outdoor gym equipment.

2)Bending the steel pipes with machine for the outdoor gym equipment.make it the shape we require for the fitness.

3）Welding teel pipes for the outdoor gym equipment by manual,welding classified as spot welding and full welding,we do spot welding first to do the rough structure,then wewe do full welding to make it more firmly.

4)Polished steel pipe for outdoor gym equipment by manual,to make the place where weldedlooks more smooth,also to make the color powder can attached tightly on the equipment in the next process

5)Sandblasting steel pipes for the outdoor gym equipment.this is mainly to make the surface more smooth,then to make sure the color powder can attached on the eq uipments tightly in the next process

6)Color powder coated the steel pipes for the outdor gym equipment,this is the last product process of the equipment,the color can be customized,available color is:green,dark green,blue,red,yellow,grey.And all the color powder we use is Akzo color powder,which is import from Korea.

7)Installation:After finishing the product process,we will install the outdoor gym equipment in our install workshops,so that clients won't have the trouble of installing and missing parts.

8)Package:We use international package standard for all our outdoor gym equipment.For metal parts,we packed with cotton inside and pp film outside.For plastic parts we packed with bubble film and pp fim,for screws and other small components we packed with plastic bags inside,and sack outside.
